Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and overall size of the package. A package can contain more than one item. An order can contain more than one package. Back Orders: If you order an item that is out of stock, we will email or phone you as soon as possible to give an estimated restock date. We will also send notification if we are no longer able to get the item and it will be cancelled. Please be sure that the email address and/or phone number that you supply is correct. Backorders will ship as soon as we receive the merchandise unless you have advised us otherwise. Damage: We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping, and pack carefully to avoid any damage during shipment. In the event of damage, if the outer carton appears damaged have Carrier note it upon receipt. Immediately inspect merchandise for damage.
