We are committed to your total satisfaction. If an item you received from us does not meet your expectations, you may return any undamaged merchandise within 15 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Merchandise must be in new condition, as shipped, and in its original packaging with all components or accessories. No refunds will be made on merchandise which does not meet these requirements.

TO RETURN THE ITEM:

Please fill out the “Reason for Return” section on the reverse side of the packing slip/invoice you received with your item.
Place the item along with its original packaging, accessories and the packing slip/invoice in a box, and seal tightly. Mail to:

We will issue a credit for the returned item to the purchaser’s credit card or issue a refund check at our option. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card statement.

DAMAGED ITEM:

We can not issue refunds for damaged merchandise insured by the Carrier. Merchandise and the carton it was shipped in must be made available to the Carrier (UPS or USPS) to inspect before they will process a claim. Further information on filing a claim can be found at the following websites:
